MicroStart Taste includes starter cultures of Staph. Carnosus at high salt tolerance. In the temperature range of +10°c to +40°c make this a pleasant meat flavor and excellent color development. Applications: sausage, cured ham and fermented sausage.
In order to maintain the high activity of the BECK starter cultures as long as possible, please store immediately upon receipt at -18°c. Short-term temperatures up to +40°c for transport and delivery does not affect the functionality.
